About Us

Screws and More, LLC was founded as Northeastern Screw and Bolt in 1970 by Sam Silverman.  Their primary business was as supplier of fasteners to manufacturers in the US. Many of their customers manufactured windows.

Andis Woodlief purchased the company in 1999 upon the death of their founder and renamed the firm Screws And More in his honor.

In 2001 during a recession in manufacturing Ms Woodlief diversified the firm to capture the local construction market as a certified Woman Owned Business. (W/DBE).

In 2005, Al Guippone joined as partner in the firm bringing 25 years experience in the waterproofing, sealants and firestop industries. This direct relationship to the window industry helped the two expand their business with a strong emphasis on Division 7 products within the scope of the building envelope.

Today the firm continues to grow and expand and is proud and excited to participate in some of the most exciting projects in the tristate area.
